Heil Supports Meet A Machine Benefiting Children’s Charity

ESG is proud to share the successful participation of the Heil volunteer team at the recent ‘Meet a Machine’ event in Fort Payne, Alabama. Demonstrating our commitment to Improving Lives through community growth and support, DPDC team leaders Christopher Larson, Brandon Hairel, and members of their team proudly showed off Heil refuse equipment at this wonderful community event.

‘Meet a Machine’, an extremely well-attended local event, was organized to benefit the Dekalb County Children’s Advocacy Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the lives of children in our community. This event allowed local kids to explore various machinery and equipment up close, broadening their horizons and nurturing their curiosity in a safe, fun, and educational environment.

ESG and the Heil team worked together to demonstrate Heil garbage trucks to participants, making the day both enjoyable and enlightening for the children. We took the opportunity to share our knowledge about environmental sustainability and waste management technologies, encouraging the younger generation to be conscious of their impact on the environment.

Our volunteers’ enthusiasm and dedication were on full display throughout the event. The smiling faces and sparkling eyes of the children experiencing the wonders of machinery for the first time reflected the incredible impact of our collective effort. Events like ‘Meet a Machine’ showcase how hands-on learning can stimulate young minds and inspire them to dream big, while instilling a sense of responsibility towards our planet.

This volunteer effort aligns with ESG’s core mission – to create a sustainable future and improve lives of our teams, customers, and communities. As part of our community outreach, we have always believed in giving back to the communities we serve. Through such engagements, we hope to inspire positive change in our local communities and build a better, safer, and cleaner world for everyone.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Dekalb County Children’s Advocacy Center for giving us the opportunity to support to their noble cause. We are also incredibly proud of Christoper Lawson, Brandon Hairel, and volunteers from the Heil team, whose generous contributions of time and energy made this event a resounding success.

ESG’s commitment to community service goes beyond just one event. We continue to seek ways to use our resources, skills, and expertise to bring about positive changes and contribute to the well-being of our society. We are excited about the many more community-focused initiatives to come and look forward to keeping you updated on our journey toward creating a sustainable future.

Together, we’re not just building better solutions for the waste industry; we are also building stronger communities and Improving Lives for all.
