The ESG Cares Team Campaign has been a fundamental aspect of our core values since January 2019. The campaign aims to provide assistance to team members dealing with a variety of challenges and joys in their personal lives. The Cares Team Campaign comprises various initiatives such as care calls, food deliveries, flowers/gift baskets/care packages, and greeting/gift cards, designed to give back to our team members and support them during challenging times.
Over the last three years, the ESG Cares Campaign has sponsored and participated in community events such as hurricane-tornado relief, suicide prevention campaigns, and raising funds for local food banks in all ESG locations. We believe in giving back to the communities we serve and welcome ideas for future initiatives.
