This week, members of the ESG team were honored to take part in the United for Working Families Summit hosted by our friends at United Way of Greater Chattanooga.

The conference connected Chattanooga’s nonprofit organizations, businesses, and local governments to discuss creative solutions that support working families. The summit showcased innovative approaches to creating a workplace that does not sacrifice and fosters balance between on-work and off(work) life, for the benefit of both better-working population health programs as well as healthier families.

This aligns with the ESG mission of “Improving Lives in Our Local Communities” and reinforces our dedication to positively impacting lives and supporting local families.
