My husband (Eric Lucas), who also works at Marathon, started mud racing 4 years ago. Last year, we built another mud truck and I got to make my first lap around the track in August 2021.

We primarily race at River Road Mud Racing, in Sulligent, AL but are going to venture to surround tracks in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Florida this year. He drives Get R Dun, a1996 Chevrolet Tahoe, and I drive Ice Breaker, a 2005 GMC Canyon.

We kicked off the 2022 Season on April 2 and brought home 9 trophies in total. Our twin boys, Mason and Brody (age 6), are part of our pit crew and our BIGGEST fans. They took their first cruise around the track this year, which was their birthday wish. You could not have wiped the smiles off their faces afterward. 😊
