ESG highly values diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace culture. As part of our commitment to recognizing African American history month, ESG provided team members with an opportunity to learn about and appreciate the rich history and culture of African Americans in the United States.

We were honored to arrange tours of the Bessie Smith Cultural Center located in Chattanooga, TN. The center is a museum dedicated to celebrating the life and legacy of Bessie Smith, a pioneering African American blues singer, and local icon. Encouraging team members to experience the Cultural Center, ESG not only showed our support for African American history and culture but also demonstrated our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
