This past weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting Heil Family Day 2024, a celebration of the incredible people who make our success possible – our hard-working team members and the families who support them. It was a great chance to step away from the daily grind, connect with each other, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon together.

The day was packed with activities for everyone. Kids and adults enjoyed the inflatables, while pony rides added an extra touch of fun. Plant tours gave families a glimpse into the work their loved ones do every day, and bingo games kept the energy high with some exciting prizes. Of course, no celebration is complete without good food, and the spread didn’t disappoint, bringing everyone together over delicious bites and lots of laughter.

It’s always special to have families involved in events like this. They are such an important part of our team’s journey, and we were grateful to celebrate not just our employees, but the people who stand behind them.
